This policy explains the legal guarantee applicable to consumer purchases and the process for reporting defects or non-conforming products.

Legal Guarantee

Products sold to consumers by Carpinteriaaluminioraul are covered by the legal guarantee for consumer goods, in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

The legal guarantee covers the lack of conformity under the conditions required by law. This may include manufacturing defects, products that do not conform to the description, products not fit for ordinary use, missing or incorrect parts, or defects present at the time of delivery.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

The legal guarantee does not cover problems caused by:

normal wear and tear from use;
misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care;
incorrect assembly or installation performed by the customer;
failure to follow care or assembly instructions;
unauthorized repairs or modifications;
damage occurring after delivery due to circumstances not attributable to Carpinteriaaluminioraul.
Visible damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect item at the time of delivery

Customers must inspect the furniture at the time of delivery. If any visible damage, a defect, missing parts, or an incorrect item is observed, they must contact info@carpinteriaaluminioraul.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

the order number;
clear photographs of the item and its packaging;
a brief description of the problem.

The request for notification within 48 hours aims to expedite the resolution of delivery-related issues. This request does not limit the consumer's legal rights regarding hidden defects or non-conforming products.

How to Process a Guarantee Claim

To process a claim, please contact info@carpinteriaaluminioraul.com and include:

the order number;
a description of the defect or lack of conformity;
photographs or videos, whenever possible;
any additional information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.

If the claim proves to be valid, Carpinteriaaluminioraul will offer the solution required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, such solution may consist of repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund of the amount. In cases where, for a valid claim, the return of the item is necessary, Carpinteriaaluminioraul will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
