Before shipment

Customers can request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting info@carpinteriaaluminioraul.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

“CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line;
the order number;
the customer’s name;
the email address used to place the order.

Cancellation before shipment is not guaranteed, as orders can be processed quickly. Carpinteriaaluminioraul will verify the order status and confirm if cancellation is possible.

If cancellation is possible and payment has already been collected, Carpinteriaaluminioraul will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, where possible.

After shipment

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or courier service, cancellation may no longer be viable.

However, customers will still be able to exercise their legal right of withdrawal or make use of the commercial returns policy (where applicable), as outlined in the Refund and Returns Policy.
